About Us

NEW Surgical Associates is a Multi-Specialty Clinic.  The current practice was developed by Dr. M. J. Falk, who established our mission of “Seeking Jesus Christ’s Healing”.  Dr. M. J. served the Green Bay community for many years before retiring in 2003.  The tradition of a Christian-based clinic is carried on by Dr. M. J.’s son, Dr. Peter Falk, and the other healthcare providers at NEW Surgical Associates. 

Our Surgeons are all board-certified, and their practices cover a broad spectrum of specialties, as well as general surgery.  Dr. Peter Falk, Dr. Scott Ruggles and Dr. Joseph Muller are colo-rectal surgeons, and deal with many related issues such as colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel issues, and ano-rectal disorders.   

Dr. James Kemmerling has established a thriving bariatric surgery practice (see Bariatrics page).  His other specialties include vascular and laparoscopic surgery, Nissen Fundoplication, and Sclerotherapy.  Dr. Peter Davis performs General and GI surgery, pediatric and neonatal surgery, and specializes in breast disorders, sentinel node, hernia, and thyroid surgery. He also performs laparoscopic surgery for GERD and laparoscopic hernia and gallbladder surgeries.

Other services offered by our clinic include: Emergency Room and Urgent Care Coverage, Trauma Call, Colonoscopy, Colorectal Lab and Ultrasound, and Sclerotherapy.
