with a degree in Pastoral Theology.

Graduated Magna Cum
Laude from Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma, with a
degree in Biology.

Attended medical
school at Oral Roberts University, graduating with
honors in 1986.

Completed an
internship and a residency in General Surgery at San
Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, CA, where he was
Chief Resident in General Surgery from 1990 to1991.

Attended Creighton
University School of Medicine as a Research Fellow in
Colon and Rectal Surgery 1991-1992, and as a Clinical
Fellow in Colon and Rectal Surgery 1992-1993.

Joined the staff of
NEW Surgical Associates in 1993.

Board Certified in
both General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery.

Fellow of the
American College of Colo-rectal Surgeons

Primary interests
include Colorectal Surgery, Inflammatory Bowel Issues,
Anorectal Disorders, Colorectal Lab and Ultrasound
Studies.

Dr. Falk and his
wife Teresa have six children and reside in Oneida.
